Łukasz Bromirski

Łukasz Bromirski has over 25 years of experience in designing, consulting, and building internet solutions, as well as applying technology to solve real-world problems in practical ways. Certified by Cisco at the highest expert level (CCIE #15929 and CCDE #2012::17), he is one of the founders of the PLNOG conference, led the Cisco ISP SWAT team, and assisted Polish and international internet operators in implementing anti-DDoS solutions. He is the author and lead instructor of practical workshop training for candidates seeking CCIE Service Provider and CCDE certifications. He also authored the BGP Blackholing PL and BGP Full Feed projects and is the administrator of the Polish AS112 server cluster. A speaker at both Polish and international conferences, he is a member of the Internet Society, ISOC PL, and a MANRS Training Fellow. Professionally, he has been associated with Cisco Systems for nearly 20 years and currently manages a team building network security systems at Cisco Systems.

Maciej Broniarz

Speaker with many years of experience, respected academic lecturer, IT security consultant, since 2010 lecturer in Forensic Informatics at the Centre for Forensic Science at the University of Warsaw. He has held numerous lectures and training courses on cyber security for the Financial Supervision Authority, Warsaw University of Technology, the Faculty of Mathematics, Mechanics and Computer Science at Warsaw University, NASK and the Warsaw Bar Association, among others. Valued for his extensive knowledge, rich practical experience and ability to transfer knowledge easily and explain even the most complex content in an accessible way, during his career he has headed, among others, the Computer Networks Department at the University of Warsaw and the CERT PLIX team. Mateusz Bursiak

Graduate of the Faculty of Cybernetics at the Military University of Technology, where he earned both an engineering master’s degree and an MBA. He continues his academic career in the field of AI security at the Doctoral School. He began his professional career from the first year of his studies. Since the end of 2023, he has been responsible for the establishment of the AITAS (AI Trust and Security) laboratory at NASK PIB, where he tests the security of predictive and generative models.

Janusz Cendrowski

Every year he gives more than 150 presentations to open and closed groups in Poland and abroad on network security and information protection in the enterprise. He has successfully trained the management of the largest Polish companies as well as employees of hundreds of companies and institutions. In his presentations, he uses simple, accessible language and real-life examples to describe the real threats faced by companies and users. He is also the creator and editor-in-chief of ZaufanaTrzeciaStrona.pl, one of the most popular Polish information security websites. Thibault Seret

Thibault Seret is a researcher on the Team Cymru Research Team. He is currently focusing on crimeware and APT analysis and research, reverse engineering and threat intelligence, and trying to fight against bad guys. Don Stikvoort

Don Stikvoort in 1987 finished his MSc in physics, with the highest honours. From 1988 onwards he was one of Europe’s Internet and cyber security pioneers. Led the 2nd European CSIRT until 1998, started the cooperation of European CSIRTs in 1993, and was founding father of NCSC-NL, the Dutch national team. Co-author of the CSIRT Handbook, and creator of the SIM3 CSIRT maturity model. FIRST hall-of-fame member and experienced keynote speaker. Co-founder and current chair of the Open CSIRT Foundation. Apart from these 30+ years in cyber security, Don is also an NLP master trainer & practitioner, and has been giving train-the-trainer trainings worldwide, especially in the cyber security community. Cyber threat analyst in CERT Orange Team, who has been dealing with tactical and operational Cyber Threat Intelligence for many years. By analyzing threats in cyberspace as well as tactics and techniques of cyberattacks, he assesses the offensive capabilities of criminal groups, the potential impact on the organization and develops response plans to emerging attacks. A leader in the area of cyber incident management, where, being an incident coordinator for many years, he ensured that they were conducted in accordance with the highest standards, often engaging in the analysis of the most difficult incidents at the technical level. An officer with many years of experience in the fields of cybersecurity, communications, and IT, particularly in organizing and managing processes for handling cybersecurity incidents and conducting security tests for IT systems. He has actively participated in the design and implementation of IT systems to ensure the required level of cybersecurity, as well as in organizing and leading Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) initiatives.
He co-created and managed the Security Operation Center (SOC) at the Military Counterintelligence Service. Representing the Ministry of National Defense, he co-developed the National Cybersecurity System.

Piotr Zdunek

Chief Cybersecurity Analyst at Atende S.A., graduate of the Cybernetics Department of the Military Technical University, where he developed his skills in the field of cyber defence. He has experience in working with EDR, NDR and SIEM systems, as well as in the analysis and handling of cybersecurity incidents, including ransomware attacks. Sebastian Zieliński
