Łukasz Bromirski has over 25 years of experience in designing, consulting, and building internet solutions, as well as applying technology to solve real-world problems in practical ways. Certified by Cisco at the highest expert level (CCIE #15929 and CCDE #2012::17), he is one of the founders of the PLNOG conference, led the Cisco ISP SWAT team, and assisted Polish and international internet operators in implementing anti-DDoS solutions. He is the author and lead instructor of practical workshop training for candidates seeking CCIE Service Provider and CCDE certifications. He also authored the BGP Blackholing PL and BGP Full Feed projects and is the administrator of the Polish AS112 server cluster. Don Stikvoort in 1987 finished his MSc in physics, with the highest honours. From 1988 onwards he was one of Europe’s Internet and cyber security pioneers. Led the 2nd European CSIRT until 1998, started the cooperation of European CSIRTs in 1993, and was founding father of NCSC-NL, the Dutch national team.
